Nestled along the Saugeen River, Rabbit Run Farms is a family-run hobby farm built from a dream years in the making.

What began as an urban backyard homestead has grown into something far bigger. Long before there were rabbits in the pasture or herbs drying in the kitchen, there was Emma studying herbalism and leading plant walks in Toronto. What started as a passion for herbal knowledge and living off of the land slowly evolved into Rabbit Run Farms.

Today we are home to rabbits, chickens, medicinal plants, and a growing collection of natural products inspired by the seasons and the natural world around us. From herbal teas to small batch soaps and salves, we believe in creating products that are natural and sustainable.

We offer herbal consultations and educational services, helping others reconnect to traditional plant knowledge and access wellness services.

Meet Our Team

Meet Emma - Emma has experience as a Registered Herbalist and a Student of Chinese Medicine. She has spent the past decade working closely with plants and their healing properties. She is passionate about connection, to both the land and to family, and about creating something sustainable that can be shared with others.

Meet Jarryd - The muscle behind our operation! Jarryd is our primary rabbit farmer, hand-raising each of our animals with patience and care. He is deeply involved in the day-to-day rhythm of the farm, from tending animals to planting and gardening.

Meet Mom - The inspiration behind it all (and our quality control expert). A gardener, canner, and baker for life, she brings a deep well of knowledge and tradition to the farm. Recently, she has added chicken raising to her repertoire, continuing a life rooted in nurturing both people and the land.

Meet Dad - Our poet and creator in residence. An award-winning author and emerging artist inspired by the beauty of nature, his work blends storytelling and inspiration from the natural world. He brings creativity and a touch of wonder to Rabbit Run Farms.
